I recently bought a 2011 VW Tiguan from Read Car Company, the service was excellent and staff very friendly. The prices were very competitive and gave me a good deal on a trade in. The car has so far been fantastic and we love it. Would definitely recommend if you are considering a purchase.

After searching for a particular model of Peugeot 3008 for 12mths, I finally found it at Read car company. I was so impressed by their easy website, prompt, courteous, Non-pushy response to my initial enquiry, right through to the final stage of purchasing. They were the only supplier I found where the details & pictures on the net were 100% accurate and matched the car. As a newly divorced woman, buying a car on my own for the first time was daunting, so clarity, simplicity, being easy to find and being what they said on the tin was great for me. The test drive was relaxed, unrushed, Johnathan answered all questions honestly without making me feel silly and offered a fair price for my car. At short notice, I couldn’t collect the car on the arranged day. Adam offered to deliver it to me, over 30mls away. On delivery, the car controls were explained to me again, he helped me fill out the docs for my private reg. Very efficient & all with a smile!

I have recently purchased a vehicle from Read Car Company, and I’ve got to say I was really pleased with the customer service I experienced.The vehicle needed a little TLC having not been valeted to a high enough standard, this was promised and delivered by the company by the time I collected the vehicle.I felt the negotiations around pricing were fair and realistic, and I received a small discount as an extra incentive to complete the deal.Overall a very pleasant company to do business with, and I’m very satisfied with the standard and performance of the vehicle I purchased…

I was searching for a nice and tidy also reasonably priced Mini Clubman when I found one at Read Cars, Burnley. After sending emails and contacting Jonathan I decided to purchase the Mini Clubman they were advertising. A very decent and genuine company and collected me from the Train without fuss. DELIGHTED with my Mini and it was well worth a 600 mile return journey to collect it. 😀 Very happy 😊

We bought a Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 Elite from Read Car Sales and all we can say is that we were looked after superbly from start to finish. There was a slight hitch before picking car up but was dealt with and handed over to us in first class condition. STOP PRESS- man finds honest car dealer! Jonathan and Paul are obviously passionate about the quality and standard of cars they sell, hand picked and sourced carefully for your peace of mind. The Rav 4 I bought from them was in remarkable condition and superbly valeted. Furthermore I believe they will source a car for you if they haven't got what you are looking for. I would have no hesitation in buying a car from this company or recommending them to others. First class with honours.

After one week, the window fell off, after 2 weeks, the dpf filter needed replacing, after 3 months the altrnator and drive belt now need replacing. Lost communication with the dealer after a not very nice phonecall from the dealer. Dodgy car sales men, would not reccommend in the slightest.

Both the issue with the window and the engine light that came on after a few weeks of ownership were sorted within the warranty period by tightening a bolt on the window and we replaced the dpf, these jobs were carried out with us collecting the car from your home, the issue with the alternator has occurred outside of the warranty period we offer as standard the alternator is a wear and tear item, I have spoken to you by phone but rather than having a sensible conversation you constantly told me we sold you a dodgy car then hung up on me. I am fully aware of my legal obligations when selling a car and we have acted within these rules
