Excellent service from Jonathan, really happy with the car when purchased but after 3 days it developed an issue with the gears, to be fair this can happen with 10 year old cars ! Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful, not only arranged for the car to be repaired but said if I wasn't happy I could have a full refund. As it was I was happy with the car but did ask if I could have an extended warranty as it had been off the road and without hesitation the original 3 month warranty was cancelled and a 6 month set up. Overall excellent old fashioned customer service and off the back of my experience I would happily use Jonathan again and recommend him to other's

I had an excellent experience buying from Jonathan. He is very straight forward, and there is no hard sell. He was also highly accommodating, as I had to travel a long distance with inevitable Northern Rail delays. The vehicle itself was absolutely spotless - he even had photos from when he acquired the vehicle himself, and full paperwork for the vehicle's entire life. I would recommend him without hesitation.
